Arm-E was specifically designed to help better the eating experiences of people having physical disabilities. It has three simple goals:
Arm-E is a robot arm that can be placed on the table, which lets it help feed its users. It's designed to be easy to use, long lasting on a charge, and easy to carry, making it a simple but effective device. Using its voice commands, cameras, sensors, and a gripper, Arm-E will be able to easily detect, pick, and feed food to its user, while giving them control over what to eat and when, making them able to eat independently without others.
